Norconsult MGT. Services, Philippines INC. (NMS)

Norconsult has had a presence in the Philippines since the 1970s. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and a member of the Philippines-Norway Business Council (PNBC). We are focused on the transport and renewable energy sectors, doing the role of Independent Design Checker and Independent Certification Engineer for the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) and as technical consultant and Owner’s Engineer for hydropower developers. We have also done ADB-funded projects in Southeast Asia and sectoral research for the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Manila.
