Norconsult CEO Egil Hogna.

Strong growth and stable profitability

Norconsult posted net revenues of NOK 2.9 billion in the second quarter of 2026, a 17% increase compared with NOK 2.5 billion in the same period in 2025. Adjusted EBITA reached NOK 255 million, up from NOK 152 million in Q2 2025.

The quarterly report also highlights an organic revenue growth of 6% when adjusted for calendar effects. The calendar-adjusted EBITA margin came in at 6.2%, unchanged from the corresponding period last year.

"We have completed a quarter marked by strong growth and stable profitability. On top of that, we have delivered a solid half-year, increasing our adjusted EBITA margin to 9.7% alongside strong growth. In addition to securing exciting and important projects during the second quarter, I am also grateful that engineering students have ranked us as the most attractive employer among consulting engineering firms. This demonstrates that we are succeeding in our efforts to attract and develop young talent," says Egil Hogna, CEO of Norconsult.
