Use of cookies
By using Norconsult’s web site, you agree to our use of cookies in your web browser.
"Cookies" – or information capsules – is a standard technology used by most web sites today. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store in your browser’s internal memory. This makes it possible for us to see what you put in your shopping basket, what merchandise is presented and other statistics that can be used to make our web site better for our users. The most used browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.) are set up to receive cookies automatically, but you have the option to uncheck this option. Many web sites will not function optimally if cookies are not accepted.
As most web sites, we gather information automatically and store it in log files on our servers for a time period. This is information like what web browser you use, what ISP provider, operative system, date and time you visited and other web site statistics used to improve our web site. In some cases the information is also used to tailor marketing.
The information gathered will only be used internally and will not be transferred to any third party and/or other persons outside Norconsult. We never store information which could identify you personally.
Most web sites offer the option to block tracking cookies under Settings.
