We were engaged as an independent Design Checker and independent Certification Engineer on the rhabilitation of North Luzon Expressway.

The Expressway goes from Manila and northward. It is 79 km long and needed both rehabilitation and upgrading. It is an expressway with three segments along Balintawak in Quezon City to Sta. Ines in the municipality of Mabalacat in the Pampanga Province

We checked the design and construction works, which were made under a turnkey contract and reports to the BOT concessionaire, MNTC, and to the Government's Toll Regulatory Board.

The project covered widening and strengthening of road pavement, widening of bridges, and improved interchanges and toll plazas.

The Phase 1 of the North Luzon Tollways Project (NLTP) has been prepared by the Independent Design Checker/Independent Certification Engineer (IDC/ICE), in accordance with the requirements of the Supplemental Toll Operation Agreement (STOA) and the IDC/ICE Services Agreement, and as agreed with the Toll Regulatory Board

The project was was delivered by Norconsult Management Services Phis., Inc. An expressway with 3 Segments along Balintawak in Quezon City to Sta. Ines in the municipality of Mabalacat in the Pampanga Province
