Norconsult AB has acquired Glantz Arkitektstudio AB in Gothenborg. Glantz consists of eleven employees and has throughout 25 years built a broad project portfolio consisting of schools, residential buildings, offices, and projects in the health and care section.

Anders Glantz, founder, and Maude Östaneng, CEO, are selling the company. Both will become part of the team in Norconsult.

– During a time where the industry keeps demanding more, both in terms of breadth and depth of competence in different fields, we have chosen to become part of a company which can offer all services within community planning, design and architecture, says Anders Glantz.

Glantz Arkitektstudio will become an integrated part of Norconsult's business area, Architecture. Through the new acquistion, Norconsult Sweden count more than 100 employees within the residential, interior design, landscaping and city planning fields.

– We are excited to welcome the skilled employees of Glantz as part of our team, and we are convinced that our organizations will work very well together, says Marcus Rydbo, business area leader in Norconsult AB. Through the acquisition process, it has become clear that our companies are very similar in terms of company culture, values and ways to work – which are important prerequisites for this union to succeed. We are experiencing significant growth and it is important for us to protect our flat structure and inclusive culture. We involve our employees, help them grow and develop – now we are looking forward to continuing this journey with Glantz, says Marcus Rydbo.
