“Sustainable transport are essential if we are to meet our climate targets. Thus, railway skills will become even more important, and as we now have the chance to enhance in this field, we don’t want to miss the opportunity,” says Norconsult CEO Ljot Strömseng.

Norconsult set up its track and railway team in 2016. The team has grown to more than 35 employees spread across nine offices around Sweden. The Norconsult organization has the broad abilities and cutting-edge skills needed to take on railway assignments large and small. The ambition is to grow to win a greater number of interesting rail assignments. The new employees will bring new expertise to Norconsult such as ERTMS, and also afford Norconsult the opportunity to work with new customers.

“An exciting time awaits after the summer holidays, when we will do our utmost to welcome our new colleagues to the company,” says Tony Strandberg, Team Manager, Track and Railway Technology. “Our new colleagues will make an incredibly good contribution to our business, where we will complement each other well,” concludes Tony.
