Each year, Universum names Norway's most attractive employers among professionals with a higher academic background and an average of seven to nine years of work experience in the categories "Economics", "Engineering", "IT", "Law", "Humanities" and "Health".
In 2023, 8,400 people have expressed their opinion and ranked their dream employers in the Universum Professional Survey, where Norconsult tops the list of attractive employers for consulting engineers for the fourth consecutive year. At the same time, Norconsult retains its position as number two in the category "Engineer".

In the top 10 list in the category "engineer" are several major players in both energy and construction, all competing for the same talents. For several years, Norconsult has been ranked at the top of Universum's surveys, both among professionals and students. Earlier this year, the company was named the industry's most attractive employer among engineering students.
